Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At House of Tiger, we take pride in the quality of every product we sell. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
The return request must be submitted within the 7-day window

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Perishable or consumable goods that have been opened or used
Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional clearance events
Gift cards and store credit vouchers
Items that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@houseoftiger.co.za within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

Your full name and order number
A description of the reason for return
Photographic evidence where applicable (damaged or incorrect items)

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns submitted without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, House of Tiger will cover the cost of return shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as House of Tiger cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit

5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Where a refund is not possible to the original payment method, store credit will be offered as an alternative

6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (subject to this policy) and place a new order.

7. Store Credit
In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is non-transferable.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@houseoftiger.co.za with:

Your order number
A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Failure to report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours may result in your claim not being accepted.

9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@houseoftiger.co.za with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return process applies. If payment has already been processed at the time of cancellation, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a return, refund, or cancellation, we encourage customers to contact us directly at info@houseoftiger.co.za to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to South African consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
