Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout South Africa, including major centres and regional towns. Please note that delivery timeframes and costs may vary depending on your location. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation

Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order

You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been collected by our courier partner
3. Delivery Timeframes
The following are estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch:

Cape Town (CBD and surrounding suburbs): 1–2 business days

Major centres (Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth): 2–4 business days

Regional areas: 4–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. House of Tiger cannot guarantee delivery within these windows and is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, load shedding, civil unrest, or force majeure events.
4. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Customers will be shown the applicable delivery fee before completing payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time via our courier partner's platform. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@houseoftiger.co.za.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. In the event of a failed delivery:

A second delivery attempt may be made at the courier's discretion

You may be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery time or collection from a courier depot

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional redelivery charges
House of Tiger is not liable for parcels lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of ordering. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before confirming your order.
7. Parcel Insurance & Liability
All orders are dispatched with reasonable care and packaging. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the courier. We strongly recommend that you inspect your parcel upon delivery and report any visible damage to the courier before signing for the delivery.

8. Collection In-Store
Customers in the Cape Town area may opt to collect their order in person from:
House of Tiger, 28 Hudson Street, De Waterkant, Cape Town
Please select the in-store collection option at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting. Orders not collected within 7 days of the ready notification may be returned to stock and a store credit issued.
9. Force Majeure
House of Tiger will not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, load shedding, government restrictions, or courier disruptions. In such circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate delays and fulfil your order as soon as possible.
10. Delivery Queries & Disputes
For any delivery-related queries, please contact us at info@houseoftiger.co.za with your order number and a description of your query. We aim to respond to all delivery queries within 2 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the matter will be subject to South African consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
